Kayo builds for the rider who has never ridden. Our live page puts it in one line: "The focus of Kayo is to introduce new riders to the fun and excitement of off-road riding." At Mountain Home that means a row of small quads, an electric mini bike and a go-kart, priced so a family can start a kid without buying an adult machine to match.
Which Kayo quad for which kid?
Size the quad to the rider standing in front of you today. The Storm 70 and Fox 70 are the entry point, with small engines and speed a parent can manage. The Bull 110 steps up in engine and frame for a child who has a season behind them. The Predator 125 EFI adds fuel injection and a bigger chassis for older kids ready to keep up on a family ride.
Put a first ride on flat, open ground. The dirt lots and two-tracks south of Mountain Home give a new rider room to learn braking before anyone points them at a hill.
What is the S70?
A go-kart. Kayo calls it "Thrills for all ages" on the tagline we carry, and it answers a different need from a quad: two hands on a wheel, a seat belt and a pedal layout that looks like the family car. Some kids take to a kart before they will sit on anything with handlebars.
Is the eKMB a good way to start a younger child?
For a lot of families it comes first. The eKMB is Kayo's electric mini bike, with 10-inch wheels, a 21.3-inch seat and a throttle limiter that lets a parent cap the top speed. Quiet electric power means you can practice in a back pasture without bothering the neighbors, and a removable battery charges in the garage.
Kayo has long roots in small bikes; our dealer page notes Kayo has been "manufacturing them since 2002," referring to its pit bikes. Bring the rider along when you shop. We would rather see them sit on two or three models than guess at fit from a height and age over the phone.
